1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the app.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth — passwords are never stored in plain text).

Visit data: Information you log in the app including customer names, contact names, visit types, project names, notes, GPS coordinates, street addresses, and timestamps.

Photos: Photos you capture and attach to visits, stored securely in Supabase Storage.

Device information: When you capture your location, we access your device's GPS to determine your coordinates. We do not track your location continuously — location is only captured when you explicitly tap "Capture My Location."

Usage data: Basic usage information such as visit counts, which we use to enforce plan limits and improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the RepLogger service
• To send you email summaries of your visits (to the email address you specify in Settings)
• To sync your data across devices when you sign in
• To enforce plan limits (free tier visit caps)
• To send transactional emails such as password resets and account confirmations
• To improve the product based on how it is used
• To communicate with you about your account or significant changes to the service

We do not use your visit data, customer records, or field notes for advertising purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored using Supabase, a hosted database platform. Data is stored in the United States. Supabase uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each user's data is protected by Row Level Security policies that prevent any user from accessing another user's records.

Photos are stored in Supabase Storage as private objects. Access requires authentication — photos are never publicly accessible via a guessable URL.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Supabase (database and storage), EmailJS (email delivery), and Stripe (payment processing). Each receives only the data necessary to perform their function.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfer: If JAEAT LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Email Communications

RepLogger sends emails from yourlog@replogger.com for the following purposes:

• Daily route summaries (when you tap "Email Summary")
• Customer and project history exports (when you tap "Email History")
• Password reset links
• Account confirmation emails

We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent. You control when summaries are sent — they are only triggered by your actions in the app.

6. Location Data

RepLogger requests access to your device's location only when you tap "Capture My Location." We use this to determine your street address at the time of a visit. We do not continuously track your location, store raw GPS coordinates beyond what is necessary for address lookup, or share your location data with third parties other than the reverse geocoding service used to convert coordinates to a readable address.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can view all your visit data within the app at any time.
• Export: You can export all your data as a JSON file via Settings → Export All Data.
• Deletion: You can delete individual visits within the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at help@replogger.com.
• Correction: You can edit any visit record directly within the app.
• Portability: Your data export includes all visit records in a standard JSON format.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

Free tier accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to data deletion after advance notice via email.

9. Children's Privacy

RepLogger is designed for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted data storage, authentication required for all data access, and row-level security policies that isolate each user's data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information using industry-standard practices.

11. Third-Party Services

RepLogger integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of RepLogger after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
