1. The Service

RepLogger is a web-based application that allows outside sales professionals to log customer visits, capture GPS locations, record notes, attach photos, and generate email summaries of their daily routes. The service is accessible at app.replogger.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use RepLogger. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current. RepLogger is intended for professional business use.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately using the Change Password option in Settings and contact us at help@replogger.com.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

RepLogger offers the following plans:

• Free: Up to 25 visits per month at no charge. No credit card required.
• Solo ($19/month): Unlimited visits and photos for one user.
• Team ($15/user/month, minimum $60/month): 2-10 users with manager dashboard access.
• Business (custom pricing): 11 or more users. Contact us for pricing.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to your registered email address.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of the period you already paid for.

We may offer refunds at our discretion in cases of billing errors or extenuating circumstances. Contact help@replogger.com with any billing questions.

6. Free Tier Limits

Free accounts are limited to 25 visits per calendar month. Once this limit is reached, you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan to continue logging visits. Existing visit data remains accessible on free accounts regardless of plan status.

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into RepLogger, including customer records, visit notes, and photos. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

You grant JAEAT LLC a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the RepLogger service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you enter — including customer names and contact information — is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and any obligations you have to your employer or customers.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RepLogger to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Use the service to track or monitor individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission from JAEAT LLC
• Circumvent plan limits by creating multiple accounts

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep RepLogger available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party infrastructure including Supabase and Netlify. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service failures.

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Where possible we will provide advance notice.

10. Disclaimers

RepLogger is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of GPS-derived addresses, which depend on third-party geocoding services and device accuracy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAEAT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RepLogger, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JAEAT LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of RepLogger, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is deleted.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of RepLogger after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
